All participants must complete registration before the event begins.

Teams can consist of 1–4 members unless otherwise specified.

Participants must carry a valid college ID or government-issued ID.

The hackathon will start and end according to the announced schedule. Late submissions will not be accepted.

All code and project work must be created during the hackathon period.

Use of open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks is allowed with proper attribution.

Plagiarism or copying existing projects is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will lead to immediate removal from the event.

Teams are responsible for bringing their own laptops, chargers, and required accessories.

Internet access provided during the event should be used responsibly.

Judges' decisions regarding evaluation and winners will be final and binding.

Projects will be judged based on innovation, technical implementation, impact, design, and presentation.

Participants must submit their project ZIP file, source code, presentation, and any required documentation before the deadline.

Organizers reserve the right to modify event rules if necessary.

By participating, attendees agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
